What Is Holistic and Spirit Consulting? If we reverse the concept of Mind, Body and Spirit, and change the order of our approach to Spirit, Mind and Body, we can see how Spiritual Consulting actually works. When we choose to discover the needs of our inner spirit, and then begin to meet those needs, a more healthy state of mind and body can naturally follow. This method works well for both children and adults. Many traditional consulting methods are based on identifying a problem and then focusing energy on solving that problem. Labeling and diagnosing either the problem or the individual is also a common part of the traditional therapeutic process. In Holistic and Spirit Consulting, the concept of Spirit Temperament Assessment is used to focus on and increase the strength of spirit of each adult or child.
